1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible

Go to My Orders
Select the order and click Cancel
2. Cancellation by Filpza
Filpza reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:
Product out of stock
Pricing or listing errors
Payment issues or verification failure
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If payment is already made, the refund will be initiated automatically
Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Refund timelines may vary based on banks or payment providers
4. No Cancellation Cases
Some products may not be eligible for cancellation after order confirmation, including:
Customized or made-to-order products
Digital or downloadable products
