 Refunds are processed to the original payment method

If payment was made using Cash on Delivery, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or wallet, as applicable.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible
Filpza reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity

4. Replacement
